What does 'unlimited design tasks' mean?
You can submit as many design requests as you need. We work on them one at a time, delivering each within 48 hours or faster depending on the complexity.
When do I get my results?
Within 48 hours of submitting your task, you'll receive your first design. Every 48 hours there's an update — either a revision or the next completed task.
How many revisions can I request?
Unlimited. We revise until you're completely happy with the result.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. No long-term commitment, no cancellation fees. Cancel anytime. Your subscription renews monthly and you can cancel anytime.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. You can pause your subscription once per year for up to one month. Just let us know at least 7 days in advance and we'll take care of the rest.
Do you offer one-time projects?
Yes. If you need a one-off project — brand identity, website, or a larger design sprint — we offer one-time project pricing as well. Get in touch at hi@floua.studio.
What tools do you use?
We work in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. For certain tasks we also use AI tools to speed up delivery.
What is not included in the subscription?
We don't cover 3D design or AR/VR. Everything else is fair game — just ask.
How does onboarding work?
After our intro call, we'll set up a shared workspace in Notion and get to know your brand. Once everything is ready — usually within 2-3 days — you can submit your first task and receive your design within 48 hours.
