Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of FLOUA's design subscription services provided by Digitalne storitve, Nika Šibilja Mlinarič s.p., Mrzla Planina 42, 8292 Zabukovje, Slovenia.

1. Services FLOUA provides graphic design, video editing, web design, and photo content services on a monthly subscription basis. Services are delivered as described on floua.studio.

2. Onboarding & start After selecting a plan and completing an intro call, a service agreement is signed by both parties. Services begin within 24 hours of the signed agreement.

3. Subscription & payment Subscriptions are billed monthly. A PDF invoice will be sent to the client's email address at the start of each billing period. Payment is due within 7 days via bank transfer. No credit card or online payment is required.

4. Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hi@floua.studio. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

5. Pause You may pause your subscription once per calendar year for up to one month by notifying us at least 7 days in advance.

6. Delivery We aim to deliver each design task within 48 hours of receiving a complete brief. Delivery times may vary for complex tasks such as full web design or long-format video.

7. Revisions All plans include unlimited revisions. Revisions must relate to the original brief. New or significantly changed requests will be treated as a new task.

8. Intellectual property Upon full payment, all final deliverables become your property. FLOUA retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

9. Confidentiality We treat all client information and project details as confidential and will not share them with third parties without your consent.

10. Limitation of liability FLOUA is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
